Service Description
Ksavio is an automated platform for creating video content and uploading it to YouTube channels. Our services include:
- Automatic creation of short videos (Shorts) and long-form content based on your idea and custom settings.
- Uploading generated content to your YouTube channel according to your preferences.
- Managing publishing schedules that you set.

Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
- You must own a valid YouTube channel and comply with YouTube Terms of Service.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Account & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
Revoking Access
You can revoke our access to your YouTube channel at any time:
- From Dashboard: Click "Disconnect".
- From Google Security Settings.
When you revoke access, we will immediately stop uploading videos and delete your stored channel data.
Subscriptions & Payment
- Subscriptions are activated via activation codes.
- Subscription duration is fixed and non-refundable.
- Different subscriptions cannot be stacked, but you can extend the same plan or switch to another plan.
Generated Content
- Content is created based on your idea and custom settings, uploaded to your channel, and becomes your property.
- You are solely responsible for the idea and settings you choose for the content.
- You are responsible for ensuring content complies with YouTube Community Guidelines.
Prohibited Use
Using our services for the following is prohibited:
- Creating illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Violating intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
- Creating content that violates YouTube guidelines.
- Using the service in ways that harm others.
Disclaimer
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
- We do not guarantee continuous service or error-free operation.
- We are not liable for any losses resulting from service use.
- We are not responsible for any actions taken by YouTube against your channel.
Limitation of Liability
We provide the tools to execute your idea, and you are responsible for your channel's content and its compliance with YouTube policies.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time from the profile page.
